CUSTOM LICENSE AGREEMENT This Custom License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the ReadySetConnect application (“App”), a mobile application designed for therapists and educational organisations to manage client information, schedule tasks, set reminders, and perform other related tasks. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. 1. Grant of License 1.1 License : The App is licensed, not sold, to the User for personal, professional, and non-commercial use under the terms of this Agreement. 1.2 Limitations : Users may not modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or its content. Any attempt to do so is a breach of this Agreement. 2. Disclaimer of Liability 2.1 General Information : The App provides features for managing client data, scheduling tasks, setting reminders, and organizing educational or therapeutic activities.
